Westec 400B Basics
Do not power down this system. Use the sleep switch in the panel

| Arm |
Turn keyswitch to the right to the ARM/RESET position & release (Arm light will flash until the delay time expires and then the light will turn solid) |
| Disarm | Turn keyswitch to the right to the ARM/RESET position & release (Arm light will go out) |
| Reset Burg | Turn keyswitch to the right to the ARM/RESET position & release |
| Reset Fire | Turn keyswitch to the right to the ARM/RESET position & release |
| Reset Trouble | Slide the TR SIL (Trouble Silence) switch to the left (button is located on the bottom of the alarm panel) |
| Alarm Memory | There is no alarm memory ( if the system loses power will come back up disarmed) |
| Test |
Press TEST button. Alarm will sound a fire alarm for 1 second, then a low level alarm for 1 second, loud burg alarm for 1 second, the another low level alarm until reset with keyswitch. |
| Light 1 (ARM) |
Off – System is disarmed On – System is armed Flashing w/ low level sound – System is armed but in entry/exit delay Flashing w/ loud sound – Alarm has tripped |
| Light 2 (Pwr Tr Sil) |
On – System has power Off w/ no sound – No power to panel Off w/ pulsing sound – System in trouble Flashing w/ no sound – System in trouble, but silenced with Tr Sil switch Flashing w/ pulsing sound – Tr Sil button in silence position, but there is no trouble |
