These pannels cannot be remotely armed/disarmed via download.
It is easy to confuse this with original Concord, Main board as 55-750B printed on circuit board
Zones 8 to 16 Hardwires, up to 8 Wireless (Now supports 16 Wireless Zones)
Transformer Concord has 24 volt, Concord Express uses 16.5 volt
Batteries Note: Always have customer check what type of battery they have before having them buy a new one.

Glassbreaks 2 “AA” 3.6 volt Lithium or 1 3.6 Lithium (LS14250)

Motion 1 or 2 “AA” Alkaline
Smoke 2 9-volt Alkaline or 2 3-volt Lithium Battery.

1. Press 9 + Master Code (“SYSTEM MENU” then “TIME/DATE”)
2. Press 2 + 0
3. Press 2 + # (“Display shows “DOWNLOADING ON”)
4. Press * + 4 + #
Panic Buttons A and 1 Police Panic
B and 4 Medical Panic
C and 7 Fire Panic
Away Arm Press 3 (AWAY) + User Code
Stay Arm 2 (STAY) + User Code
Instant Arm Arm with 2 (STAY) or 3 (AWAY) + User Code then press 4 (NO DELAY)
Latchkey Arm 2 (STAY) or 3 (AWAY) + User Code + 6
Silent Arm Press 5 then Arm with above steps for no beeps on keypad during Arming
Quick Exit While Armed press D key to allow leaving without disarming for 2 minutes
Disarm 1 + User Code
Silence Alarm 1 + User Code, press * to view Alarm Memory
Reset Smoke 1 + User Code twice
Check Status Press * key once for short status message, ** twice for Full Status
(Short Status shows AC Power and Battery Status)
Bypass 1. Arm system, press # + User Code (Keypad shows “ENTER Snsr”)
2. Enter Zone to bypass (01 to 24) (Keypad shows “Snsr XX BYPASSED”)
Force Bypass 1. Open zone then arm system
2. Keypad will beep rapidly (Keypad shows “PROTEST”)
3. Press # (Keypad shows “Snsr XX BYPASSED”)
4. System will finish Arming
Set Time/Date 1. Press 9 + Master Code + 0 0 (Keypad shows “SET TIME”)
2. Enter new 4-Digit Time (2PM = 1400, 4AM = 0400)
3. Press # to save, press B key (Keypad shows “SET DATE”)
4. Enter 6-digit Date (July 02 2000 would be 070200)
5. Press # to save, * + 4 + # to exit
Door Chimes Press 7 + 1 to turn On or Off (Keypad shows “CHIME IS ON or OFF”)
Alarm Memory Press 7 + 6, also an has Event Buffer but only viewed by downloading
Phone Test 8 + Master Code + 2, press * after test finishes
Sensor Test 1. Press 8 + Master Code + 3
2. Keypad shows “Armed to Sensor Test”, beeps every 60 seconds
3. Open Door or Window, move by motion
4. Press * to view any untested sensors
5. Press 1 + Master Code to end
(Wireless motions require no movement for 4 minutes prior to testing)
Adjust Sounds 1. Press and hold * and 0 until steady tone sounds
2. Press 1 to lower pitch, 2 to raise pitch
3. After 15 seconds tone will stop, keypad returns to normal
Adjust Display Press 9 + Master Code + 2 + 2 and enter below commands
Press 0 + # to turn off keypad backlighting
Press 1 + # for Low backlighting
Press 2 + # for Medium backlighting
Press 3 + # for Bright backlighting
Keyfob Buttons
Arm Stay Press LOCK button once
Arm Away Press LOCK button twice
Disarm Press UNLOCK button
Police Panic Press LOCK and UNLOCK together
Light key Press to turn lights On/Off
Star Key Press for NO DELAY on doors (If enabled)
Pager Signals Pagers sends Event Code + User or Sensor Number + Last 4-Digits of Account
Example: If Account 1234 is Disarmed by Master Code pager sends 111 678 1234

000 = System Event Code (Test?)
009 = Zone Restore
001 to 024 = Sensor 01 to 24 Alarm or Trouble
111 = System has been Disarmed
118 = System Trouble has Restored
119 = Alarm Cancelled
222 = System was Armed to Level 2 (Stay)
333 = System was Armed to Level 3 (Away)
555 = System sent Phone Test
888 = System has a Trouble
999 = System is in Alarm
