2.	Keypad will show “ENTER USER #” (01 to 16)
3.	Keypad will show “ENTER LEVEL # _” 1 = Master Code 2 = Standard User 3 = Limited User, can Arm/Disarm/Scan Zones, Do System Tests 4 = Limited User, can Arm/Disarm/Scan Zones only 5 = Low Level User, Can Arm only
4.	Press ↑ to move to “ENTER 4 DIGITS” Enter 4-digits + ↑ to save, # twice to exit (If deleting code follow steps 1 and 2 and press BYPASS instead of entering in a code)
