Moose Z2000 Trouble

Keypads have 3 function keys below Display, each works with whatever is displayed above

Trouble LED will turn on, keypad will show
AC Failure
Low Battery
Smoke Detector Trouble
Supervisory Trouble (Zones etc)
Reset Smoke 1. Press key below SILENCE or RESET SMOKE + User Code
2. Press MENU (blue triangle) until display reads SMOKE RESET
3. Press key below SMOKE RESET
If this does not work power down system, smoke detector is bad
