Arming on Residential systems can only be done with AWAY or STAY keys
Arming on Commercial systems may be done with AWAY or STAY + User Code
Arm Away Hold AWAY for 3 seconds (ARM light turns ON)
Arm Stay Hold STAY for 3 seconds (ARM and BYPASS lights turn ON)
Instant Arm Arm the System then press * 9 Arm light will begin to flash
Disarm 4-digit User Code (Press # if any mistake is made)
Silence Alarm 4-digit User Code (Press CLEAR to stop any keypad flashing)
Bypass 1. Press * 1 (BYPASS Light should begin flashing)
2. Press Zone (01 to 32) (Zone light should turn ON)
3. Press # to exit
(If this does not work try * 1 + Master Code + (01 to 32) + # )
Reset Smoke * + 7 2 (Or * + 7 1, * + 7 2 is more common, if smoke detector continues to sound power down system)
CLEAR Key Clears Memory light
EXIT Key Press to leave without disarming
(system will arm doors when closed again)
Door Chimes Hold CHIME key for 3 seconds to turn On/Off
Alarm Memory * 3 to view last alarm or for LCD keypads see below

Event Buffer 		1. Press * 6 + Master Code
2. Press < or > keys to scroll to “Event Buffer”, press *
3. Use < key to move forward in time, > key moves back in time
4. Press * to toggle between Time/Date of Event and what Event was
Examples: Closing by User 40 = Master Code Armed System
Opening by User 01 = User 01 Disarmed system
Zone Fault Zone 24 = Zone 24 is in trouble
Sensor Test None, Arm system then trip sensors
(Wireless motions require no movement for 4 minutes prior to testing)
Siren Test * 6 + Master Code + 4
System Clock * 6 + Master Code + 1 and enter time (1PM 11/26/99 is 1300112699) end with #
Keypad Volume Hold * until desired volume is found
