Bosch Radionics 7412 Trouble

CALL FOR
SERVICE
The keypad shows CALL FOR SERVICE when it does not receive data from the control panel.
This message can be caused by either a wiring or control panel programming problem.
It can also mean that the keypad tamper switch is not fully closed. Service Required
SERVC PANEL Indicates a problem with the panel. The panel is not operating. Service Required
SERVC PARAM Indicates a problem with the panel. Your panel might not be operating properly. Service Required
SERVC AC FAIL Indicates that AC power to the security system is interrupted. COMMAND 4 silences the trouble buzz.
The display clears when AC power returns.

Indicates the security system’s battery is low,
or temporarily draining faster than the system can charge it.

Indicates the security system’s battery is disconnected or shorted.

Failure to Communicate
SERVC KEYPAD The control panel generates this message when it cannot communicate with a supervised keypad.
This will show up on Working keypads, keypads without messages are the affected ones.

Indicates telephone line trouble on line #1.

Indicates telephone line trouble on line #2.

PRINTER
Local printer (if installed) is in a trouble condition.
Ensure the printer is powered on, the paper is correctly is inserted, and the printer is selected.
SERVICE D9210 One of the D9210 Card Access Control Modules has encountered a problem. Service required
BUS TROUBLE Data Expansion Loop for off-board points faulted
BUS RSTOR Data Expansion Loop for off-board points restored
CKSUM FAIL Panel programming corrupted. Service required

The control panel 10 unsuccessful attempts to send a report to the Central Station Receiver.
EXTRA
POINT 256
The D9210B point does not have a point assigned to it. Service required.
INVALID POINT You are trying to bypass a point that is on a differant partition or it does not exist.
NO AUTHORITY Either the function is not turned on or the user passcode is not authorized to perform the function.

If the data expansion becomes shorted all POPITs send a shorted condition report
and the control panel generates a Pt Bus Trouble. Service required.

GROUND FAULT
The control panel has detected a ground fault. Service required.
KEYPAD SOUNDS TROUBLE TONE BUT NO TROUBLE SHOWN

1. At the keypad. Press 9 + 9 ENT
2. If necessary, enter the passcode and press ENT
3. Select View Log?
4. At the Start Date? Prompt, press ENT. The last event appears.
5. To determine which point is causing the trouble tone, view the faulted points by pressing the NEXT & PREV keys.
Service will be required.
