Battery Test Fail Trouble Indicates that the system has attempted to test the backup battery and it failed to respons as expected.
Bell Circuit Trouble Trouble Indicates that there is a problem in the electrical equipment going to the fire bell.
Boiler Supv Supervisory Indicates a problem with the boiler at teh customer’s site.
Burg – Audible Burg Indicates an audible burglar alarm. Be sure to check the zone description and notes to find out which zone has been faulted
Burg – Entry/Exit Burg Indicates that a burglar alarm has been tripped from the zone that has been designated as the entry/exit zone. Be sure to check the zone description and notes to find out which zone has been faulted.

Comm – Fail Trouble Indicates that the alarm system attempted to send a signal, but was unable to.
Comm Fail Restore Restore Indicates that the alarm system is now communicating again.
Contact Trouble Trouble Indicates that one of the alarm contacts is not functioning normally. Be sure to check the zone page and notes to know which zone is in trouble.
Cooler Temp Alert Supervisory Indicates that the monitored cooler on site is indicating a low temp (whic risks freezing) or a high temp (which risks spoilage).
Critical Event Critical Cond Indicates that a supervisory signal has been generated at the site. This particular type of supervisory signal must be reported to the customer even if it restores.
Crustomer Tests Button Supervisory Indicates that the customer has pressed a test button on their system and is expecting a call from us to assure them that we received the signal.

Photo Eye Burg Indicates that a device used to detect motion on the perimeter has been tripped activating the burg alarm.
PIV Trouble Indicates a problem with the post indicator valve and there is no water available for the sprinkler system.
Polling Loop Trouble Trouble Indicates the polling loop has an Open or Short condition.
Power Up Restore Indicates that the power to the panel has been restored.
Process Error Trouble Indicates a problem with one of the receivers in the central station. Notify a supervisor immediately.

Section R

Reset By User Restore Following an alarm, this indicates that a valid user code was input into the keypad.
Reset/Auto/Burg Restore Indicates the time-out feature of the alarm siren has been activated. This does not indicate a cancellation of the alarm via the sub inputting their code in the keypad.
Restoral Required Restore Indicates that one of the monitored zones has been activated and not reset. Check “ZS” to see which zones are requiring restores and then check the history to be sure they haven’t already been restored.
Restore Restore Indicates that a previously faulted zone has been returned to its normal state.
Restore (#1-6) n/a Indicates that the alarm had been partially cleared with auto-resume and now needs to be continued. Check the history to find out where the other operator left off.
Roof hatch Burg Indicates that a contact on a door located on the roof of the premise has faulted while the alarm is armed.

Sliding Door Burg Indicates that a contact on a sliding door is located on the exterior of the premis has faulted while the alarm is armed.
Sounder Relay Trouble Trouble A Siren/Bell (External Siren) or Sounder (Internal Piezoelectric Sounder) Relay Trouble is a fault condition. This fault indicates that you have an electrical problem with the security system’s audio output circuit. It is often found that water damage, condensation, corrosion, wiring damage, may be responsible for this condition.
Stress Sensors Burg Indicates that a contact placed under a rug has detected pressure or weight placed upon it.
Supervisory Supervisory Indicates a condition at the site that the customer wants to be notified or if it does not immediately restore.
Supervisory (Smoke) Supervisory The signal is used in systems with the “intelligent smoke detectors” and indicates that the smoke detector needs to be cleaned.
System Trouble Trouble Indicates a general trouble signal on the alarm system. Customer would have to setup service for further info.

Warning Time Expired Supervisory Indicates that one of the receivers on the central station has gone beyond the threshold of time without receiving a signal and needs to be checked to assure proper functioning. Refer this to your supervisor.
Water Detection Supervisory Indicates the presence of water in the protected area.
Waterflow (Vrfy 1st) Fire Indicates the presence of water in the protected area. Call the premise before dispatching.

Window Burg Indicates that a contact on a window located on the premise has faulted while the alarm is armed.
